EDIT: well i rescanned it and touched it up a bit. just made the colors a tad brighter.
i'm not happy with how this scanned so i'm going to rescan it. but i don't have my laptop so itll have to wait. anyway
i was trying to do something more action like but i wasn't feeling it so it came out more pretty and delicate but i like it cause sailor v doesn't usually look like this. the colors are much richer in the original so hopefully when i rescan it, it will look better.
